Demand Kit purchases
Each Demand Kit is a customized digital product created from the item and event information you provide. Generation begins promptly after checkout. Because of that customization, a Demand Kit is not refundable after generation has begun or the finished materials have been made available, except where required by law.
We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a technical failure that prevents us from generating or delivering the purchased kit. When we confirm one of those issues, we will, as appropriate, correct the charge, regenerate the kit, restore access, or issue a refund.
Social Frames subscription
Social Frames renews automatically at $20 per month until canceled. You may cancel online at any time through Manage Subscription.
Cancellation stops the next recurring charge. Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for a partially used billing period.
We will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and circumstances where a refund is required by law. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a charge that has already completed.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your Vendor Lodge account.
- Open Manage Subscription.
- Select the Stripe billing-management button.
- Follow the cancellation instructions shown by Stripe.
You may also email jcaito@veracitydigitalmedia.com for help. Emailing us does not guarantee cancellation before a renewal unless we have enough time and account information to process the request, so the online cancellation method is recommended.
Requesting billing help
Contact us as soon as possible after discovering a billing or delivery problem. Include the email used for your account, the date and amount of the charge, and a short description of the issue. Do not send complete payment-card information by email.
