Your information

Privacy Policy

How Vendor Lodge collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, Demand Kits, and Social Frames.

Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026

Who we are

Vendor Lodge is a service operated by Veracity Digital Media, an Arizona business (“Vendor Lodge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to vendorlodge.com, our application, and related services.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to jcaito@veracitydigitalmedia.com.

Information we collect

Account and contact information

We collect information such as your name, email address, authentication details, business name, website, and social-media handles when you create an account or use the service.

Kit and event information

We collect the auction-item, event, location, timing, package, business, and promotional details you provide to create a Demand Kit or other output.

Photos, logos, and other content

We collect the photos, logos, instructions, and other materials you upload, together with the graphics, copy, and documents created through the service.

Payment and subscription information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, subscription status, and limited payment-related information, but we do not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Technical and usage information

We and our service providers may automatically receive information such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, requested pages, diagnostic information, and security events. The application also uses browser storage to preserve in-progress drafts and graphics on your device.

How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, maintain, and secure Vendor Lodge.
  • Create Demand Kits, Social Frames graphics, promotional copy, and downloadable files.
  • Authenticate users and preserve their saved work.
  • Process purchases, manage subscriptions, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent charges.
  • Respond to support, privacy, billing, and account requests.
  • Diagnose errors, improve reliability, and protect our users and services.
  • Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

We do not use customer uploads or kit content to sell advertising, and we do not sell personal information for money.

How information is shared

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, complete a transaction, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Service-provider categories currently include:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Stripe for payments, subscriptions, receipts, fraud prevention, and billing management.
  • OpenAI for generating promotional copy from the kit details submitted for that purpose.
  • Vercel for application hosting, delivery, and operational infrastructure.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information in response to valid legal process, to investigate abuse or fraud, during a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, or with your direction or consent.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information, saved kits, uploaded assets, generated outputs, transaction records, and related operational information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or security obligations.

You may request account or content deletion by emailing jcaito@veracitydigitalmedia.com. We will verify the request and delete or de-identify eligible information within a reasonable period. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. You may also cancel a Social Frames subscription through the online subscription-management page. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will not discriminate against you for submitting a valid privacy request.

Vendor Lodge does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising. Because there is no universally accepted browser-based “Do Not Track” standard, the service does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. If our tracking practices change, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Children

Vendor Lodge is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here, revise the date above, and provide additional notice when a material change warrants it. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
